KOMPAK encourages village communities to have administrative documents so that rural communities can enjoy public services and enable village governments to provide quality administrative document services. This initiative begins with the implementation of the Village Authority-Based Administrative Service (LABKD), namely the facilitation of administrative services by using the authority possessed by the Village Government.
In order to encourage the expansion of LABKD to all regions, a guide for planning and budgeting LABKD in the village was prepared. Specifically, the objectives of this guide are:
1. Educate the village government regarding efforts to accelerate population documents through LABKD
2. Presenting the planning and budgeting efforts needed by the village government for the implementation of LABKD.
3. Presenting the financing scenario for LABKD for the village government.
