Public Financial Management Challenges: Lesson Learned from the Budget Constrainy Analysis in 15 Districts

KOMPAK with the Directorate of Evaluation and Information Systems, Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance and 15 Districts where KOMPAK is located, conducted a Study on Challenges of Public Financial Management. This study analysed the challenges of district government financial management from the planning, budgeting to financial reporting processes. The study analysed APBD 2014-2018 from 15 KOMPAK’s partner districts from five provinces, Aceh, Central Java, East Java, West Nusa Tenggara and South Sulawesi.
